Simec was founded in 1993 when Geotec SPA, an Italian company, leader in the field of soil investigation and land surveying, was in need of a partner to maintain their vehicles and machines in order to keep them efficient and competitive. Simec srl is a metalworking company, expert in maintenance, vehicle modification, structural steel and cold forming.

Over the years, Simec has grown with Geotec SPA, taking part in international projects in Oil & Gas and soil investigation, both in Italy and abroad, and developing its own workshop in Campobasso.
